At Brea Ayo Creative House, shipping is always free—no hidden fees, no surprises. Every item is handmade with care and crafted to order, which means your piece is created just for you. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of your idea or design.
Please allow additional time for custom orders, as I take pride in giving each piece the detail and quality it deserves. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items at Brea Ayo Creative House are handmade and made to order, all sales are final. Each crochet piece is created with care and attention to detail, and due to the custom and personal nature of these items, I cannot accept returns or resell completed pieces.
That being said, your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If there is ever an issue with your order—whether it’s a sizing concern, design detail, or the item does not meet your expectations—please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll review your situation and work with you to find a solution, which may include making adjustments or creating a replacement piece.
